3 month old male Huskamute become very excitable after changing from puppy to adult food?

I don't really understand why everyone has got so bent out of shape about this. Huskamute IS actually a recognised name and breed so why they are telling you that this is an insult to both breeds, I really don't know. Advice from people who don't know this and try to make you sound stupid by telling you that you don't know what you're talking about is probably advice that needs to be ignored. Anyway, it may just be due to the fact the adult food has more protein etc in it, therefore resulting in him being more energetic...or it could just be that he likes this food more so than the last food. I have two huskies and we discovered the difference between them tolerating what they were given and actually enjoying their food when we switched from Wainwrights to Pets At Home Advanced Nutrition. They're literally full of energy after eating this. Both huskies and malamutes love to run and their stamina is better than that of the vast majority of dogs. They'll always be energetic but I've noticed that running when they're out with you tends to tire them out more than a run in the garden. Perhaps consider going jogging and taking him with you? My two usually sleep for hours after going for a 15 - 20 minute run, two or three times a day. Hope this helps =) x
